Responsibilities
Presidio Pay Advisors, Inc. is looking for an individual who is self-motivated, detail-oriented and has demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills. The individual will be a supporting Presidio Pay's Principals on both client and non-client projects.
In their role, the individual will be asked to use innovative methods to collect and analyze market data to determine competitive pay practices. Responsibilities will include modeling, statistical analysis and costing of base, incentive and stock based programs at both the executive and broad-based employee levels. The individual will also be asked to communicate results orally and in writing to Presidio Pay team members and clients.
Non-client work will include data collection and identification and analysis of trends in base, incentive and stock based pay. The individual will be asked to work independently to complete non-client projects including drafting reports and providing original thought on their findings.
The individual will work in the San Francisco office of Presidio Pay but will be exposed to project work nationally covering a broad range of industries and company sizes.
Requirements
- BA or BS in business, economics, finance or related field
- 0 – 2 years of analytical experience in the financial, marketing, or consulting field
- Able and interested in working in a close, fast-moving, team environment with a willingness to learn new concepts
- Analytical approach to understanding quantitative data with the ability to provide original thought to findings
- Highly detailed-oriented and capable of organizing one’s own work with a project-oriented work environment
- Adept at multi-tasking and organizing one’s work to meet shifting priorities
- Intermediate ability to use current Excel spreadsheets and build new models to analyze data
- Intermediate use of word processing software
